Hainam Chicken Rice

Went to Hainam Chicken Rice Restaurant for my brush.

Actually, my mum suggest me went there.

This is one of famous restaurant in Ipoh.

Its Chicken Rice delicious and famous too.

Excited Exploration♥

Last Sunday, I went to Gua Tempurung with a group of friends.

Why went there???

For.....EXPLORATION!!!!

Since we never been there before, we went there for fun and try something that never try before.

My first time been there.

Gua Tempurung is a cave which is located at Perak, between Gopeng and Kampar.

If you did not went there before, you might went there and experience it.

We choose Tour 4 which is challenge and tough activity.(The entry price is RM 22)

We wade through the underground river that reaches chest level at certain stretches, duck-walk and crawl through holes, climb almost vertical walls and slide down slippery stones.

You know, without any rope, it's a scary thing T_T

However, it's a nice experience for me.

It may let you know how important of a team work.

You may trust and help each other.

Inside there, it's dark till cannot see anything.

You need to use torchlight.

Can you imagine that how the people live long time ago?

This activity was organized by Star Newspaper.

This year is their 23rd anniversary.

For my opinion, this is a good community's activity. =)

I think I had already join 5 years.

In the early morning (19/6), we gather in Stadiun Ipoh.

Start the walked around 7.15a.m.~

10km!!!!same as last time I walked~~

When I reached the final point, I was very happy.

Why????

Because....finally,can had a rest...

My leg pain till cannot use word to describe =(

However, I enjoy the walk too =)

(p/s: My whole family join this activity too ^^ Fully support!!!)

100 plus!!!!

I need it to recover my energy!!!

Had improvement in this year...

Last time, I got no.38 + I broke my record last year...

Use around 1 hour and 35 minute to arrived ~

After had a rest, I went to blood donation there.

Actually, I just wanted to try my luck.

See whether or not can donate blood.

Finally!!!!I can donate blood!!!

Yesterday is Father Day.

Actually, we celebrated last week already.
We went to a restaurant had our dinner which is near Bukit Merah, Menglembu.

Had a great dinner with my family =)

What are you busy recently????

Study, work, assignment, travel, prepare for wedding or others???

Me????

Life back to normal.

Everyday, go to University for class.

When night time, need work for my part time job.

(Luckily my working day is 4 days only ^^)

Now, gonna start to prepare assignment and mid-term.

Oh,no!!!!Assignment is our University's nightmare.

However, we should take it easy and enjoy it.

Because it let us gain a lot~~

Try to change our attitude,especially inside our heart.
