巴厘岛的第五天

在酒店享用早餐后，就办理退房手续。

前往Nusa Dua Beach Tanjung Benoa，那儿是进行水上活动的一个地方。一到达，就能看到海边，还有一些档位。不同的档位，推出的水上活动配套也不一样，全部以美金 计算。其实是可以用印尼盾付费的，直接讲没有美金在身上。他们为了赚取生意，也会照收印尼盾的。
注：一定要讨价还价，他们已经提高所有配套的价钱。印尼盾付费是最好的，比用美金更划算。

Bali Trip of 5th Day
We check out hotel after had our breakfast.

We went to Nusa Dua Beach Tanjung Benoa. There got water sport activity. When you arrived, you could saw a lot of stall there.  Different stall offer different package of water sport activity/diving, all in USA dollar price. Actually, it could pay by Rupiah, just told that did not had any USA dollar. Cause of business, they would like to accept Rupiah.
Remark: Must bargain the price with them, they mark up all package price. Better make payment by Rupiah, it's worth than pay by USA dollar.

最后，我们选择水上摩多和参观海龟岛，全算一个配套。我们必须乘搭一个小船去海龟岛参观。岛上都是以饲养海龟为多，还有一些小生物。

Lastly, we choose to ride motor on the sea and visit turtle island, all in one package. We needed to ride a boat to the turtle island for visit. On the island, majority was feed turtle, only small amount was other animal.

参观完后，我们回去海边骑水上摩多。好好玩哦！好刺激！
After visit, we back to the beach for ride motor on the sea. It's fun! Very excited!

之后，司机带我们去 Oleh Oleh Bali 购物。可以在这里买手信或礼物，价钱实惠过在外头。
小知识：Oleh Oleh 是手信或纪念品的意思。

After that, driver brought us to Oleh Oleh Bali for shopping. Could bought souvenir or gift from there, price was reasonable than outside stall. 
Info: Oleh Oleh mean souvenir or gift.

购物完后，去 Nyang-nyang 海滩。这里通常要通过 Puri Bali Villas 才能到达 Nyang-nyang 海滩。这间Villa是一个酒店，可惜已经丢空了。在那儿可以欣赏美丽的风景，望着海浪拍打，享受海风的吹来，不禁赞叹大自然的美丽。我们还在那边喝个简单下午茶，那里的饮料和食物选择不多，环境也简陋。最重要是可以一边欣赏 Nyang-nyang 海滩的风景一边享受咖啡。

After shopping, we went to Nyang-nyang Beach. Normally, need pass by Puri Bali Villas to reach there. This villa was a hotel before, but it was empty long time ago. You could watch nice view from Nyang-nyang beach, looked the wave gently lap against the shore, enjoy the wind blew. Natural is amazing! We had our simple high tea there, less choice for food and beverage, environment was simple too. The most important was could enjoy the coffee while enjoy the view of Nyang-nyang beach.

接着下来，我们去乌鲁瓦图寺（Uluwatu Temple）。这是一个欣赏日落的好地方，也是来巴厘岛一定要参观的其中一个地标。这里也著名 Kecak 舞蹈，一定要观赏的。

Then, we went to Uluwatu Temple. This place was good for sunset delights, also a landmark of Bali that must visit. Kecak dance was famous, it's a "must" watch performance in Bali.

乌鲁瓦图寺或 Pura Luhur Uluwatu 是被视为巴厘岛精神支柱的六大寺庙之一，以其险峻的地理位置而闻名，坐落在高出海平面约 70 米的断崖之上。该寺与位于巴厘岛西海岸上的另一座重要海神庙 Tanah Lot Temple 一样，均可欣赏到绚烂的落日余晖。 Pura Luhur Uluwatu 无疑是岛上最高的场所之一，方便游客追寻落日影踪，俯瞰美丽的印度洋，欣赏每日演出的 Kecak 舞蹈表演。巴厘岛风格的建筑、传统设计的通道以及古代雕塑，为乌鲁瓦图寺平添了几分魅力。

Uluwatu Temple, or Pura Luhur Uluwatu, one of six key temples believed to be Bali's spiritual pillars, is renowned for its magnificent location, perched on top of a steep cliff approximately 70 metres above sea level. This temple also shares the splendid sunset backdrops as that of Tanah Lot Temple, another important sea temple located in the island's western shores. Pura Luhur Uluwatu is definitely one of the top places on the island to go to for sunset delights, with direct views overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean and daily Kecak dance performances. Balinese architecture, traditionally-designed gateways, and ancient sculptures add to Uluwatu Temple's appeal.

提示：游客必须穿着纱笼和腰带以及参观寺庙时常见的适当衣物。寺内提供此类服饰的租赁服务。 最佳游览时间为日落之前。 每日下午 6:00 至晚上 7:00，附近的崖顶舞台有 Kecak 舞蹈表演。游客须缴纳少量费用。在落日美景的衬托下，此处便会成为观赏 Kecak 舞蹈表演的最佳场所。

Remark: Tourist must wear a sarong and belt, suitable attire to visit the temple. Temple got provide rental service of sarong and belt. The best visit time is before sunset, from 6.00pm to 7.00pm daily. Top of cliff got a stage for Kecak Dance near there, just pay the entry fee for enjoy the performance. This is the best place for Kecak Dance during the sunset.

之后，回酒店办入住手续。我们在 Blue Point Bay Villas and Spa 住一个晚上。由于抵达酒店已经很迟，所以我们在酒店餐厅吃晚餐，也好好享受这间4星以上酒店的环境。

 Then, we back to hotel for check in. We stayed over night at Blue Point Bay Villas and Spa. Enjoy our dinner in hotel restaurant since it was late when we arrived hotel. Also, enjoy the environment of 4 star above hotel.

巴厘岛之第四天/Bali Trip of 4th day

巴厘岛的第四天

大约8点左右，在酒店享用早餐。

今天的路程蛮遥远的。起初，我们计划去 Lovina 看海豚。由于时间不充足，加上路途遥远，最后我们取消这个行程。建议在 Lovina 附近住一个晚上，出海看海豚需要很早出发的。这样就不会错失看海豚的机会。

Bali Trip of 4th Day

Around 8 a.m, we had our breakfast in hotel.

It's a long journey for today, need travel a long distance. From starting, we planned to see Dolphin in Lovina. Cause of not enough time and far away, we cancel it lastly. Suggest that stay over night near Lovina, cause need wake up early in the morning and departure to sea early. Thus, would not miss the chance to watch Dolphin.

在路途中，提早享用我们的午餐。我们更改了行程，去了 Banjar Hot Spring。这个地方是一个泡温泉的场所。天色不作美，路途中开始下雨了。当我们到达时，雨势蛮大的。既然来到了，还是要下车去走走看。我们就这样撑着伞参观这个地方。反正，那时也没有想到要泡温泉。

On the half way, we had our early lunch. We changed our plan, went to Banjar Hot Spring. This place is a hot spring. The sky was dark when we're on the way. It was a heavy rain when we arrived there. We still visit this place even the rain was heavy. In our mind, we think that we already here, why not had a look? We never plan that would had a hot spring bath.
 

距离这个温泉的1.5公里，有间著名的佛寺。这也是我们想去的其中一个地方。之后，就去佛寺（Chinese Temple）参观。

Got a famous temple far away 1.5km from Banjar Hot Spring. This place was in our schedule for visit too. Then, we went to Chinese Temple.

途中经过 Bedugul Area，去布拉坦水神庙（Pura Ulun Danu Bratan）参观。这个地方蛮凉爽的，好像身在云顶高原。我喜欢它冷冷的天气。

布拉坦水神庙既是一处风景如画的著名地标，同时也是位于巴厘岛中部贝都古布拉坦湖西侧的重要寺庙群。整个贝都古地区实际上都是备受欢迎的高地，同时也是当地人及岛上游客（如南部和都市地区）周末及假日的静养之地，它地处战略要地，连接岛上北部和南部。

We passed by Bedugul area, went to Pura Ulun Danu Bratan for visit. It's a quite cold area, felt like in Genting Highland. I like the cold weather!

The Ulun Danu Beratan Temple is both a famous picturesque landmark and a significant temple complex located on the western side of the Beratan Lake in Bedugul, central Bali. The whole Bedugul area is actually a favorite cool upland weekend and holiday retreat for locals and island visitors alike from the southern and urban areas, as it is strategically located, connecting the island’s north and south.

水神庙配搭湖边，形成一个不一样的景色。可惜，当时的天空有点灰暗，不然可以为照片添几分色彩。

The Ulun Danu Bratan Temple beside the lake, it became a beautiful picture. Unfortunately, the sky was grey, if not, can snap a colourful picture.

之后，出发去海神庙（Tanah Lot）。傍晚是最好的时间去海神庙。这个时候，海面退潮，我们可以通过地面走去海神庙。如果在下午，海神庙被海水给包围，因海面涨潮，地面的通道被海水给淹没，只能在远处观看而已。

海神庙的风景蛮美的，特别是在日落时分。

海神庙是巴厘岛最重要的地标建筑之一，以独特的海洋和落日景色而闻名。海神庙是栖息于海浪之中岩石之上的一座古老印度教神殿，也是巴厘岛不容错过的景点之一。

Then, departed to Tanah Lot. The good timing is in the evening for visit Tanah Lot. In that time, the tide is going out, you could walk through the beach to the Tanah Lot Temple. If in the afternoon, Tanah Lot Temple was surround by sea, cause of the tide is coming in. You only can watch the temple from far away.

The view of Tanah Lot very beautiful, especially during sunset.

Tanah Lot Temple is one of Bali’s most important landmarks, famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops. An ancient Hindu shrine perched on top of an outcrop amidst constantly crashing waves; Tanah Lot Temple is simply among Bali’s not-to-be-missed icons.

之后，去享用晚餐和按摩。司机带我们去的按摩店，外观看上去好像很小，其实里面是很大的。我们选择水疗和按摩配套，总共2个小时。超享受的！我超喜欢巴厘的水疗和按摩，好舒服，好轻松！

舒服过后，当然回酒店好好休息。

After that, we went for dinner and massage. Driver took us to the shop, it look like small from outside, but it quite big when you step inside the shop. We choose Spa and massage package, it took 2 hours to complete. Very enjoy! I like Bali spa and massage very much, very relax and refreshing.

After relax, of course back to hotel for rest.

人心生病

上星期三,我们住的那座组屋,竟然有人坠楼。当晚我和老公听到"砰"巨声,还以为是有人往楼下丢东西。没多久,老公出去看,才知道...原来有人坠楼。我的天!到底是跳楼自杀,还是意外,没有人晓得。如果是失足意外,应该会有惨叫声,可是又没有。老公阻止我,不给我看。等我妹妹回来时,在好奇心驱使下,偷偷望下去。只看见,警察封锁现场,还有一个棚帐遮盖尸体。就好像时常在警察戏剧看到的情景,警察封锁现场,在附近采证。救护车其实有来过,不过,那个人应该当场死亡吧!回想起来,好恐怖!到底是意外,还是自杀,迟点自有分晓。

我感觉有点沉重。最近太多这种新闻，像是新闻报导的《甲洞人》版主跳楼自杀的新闻，再来就是槟城拉曼生自杀的新闻。人类到底怎么了?为什么有勇气跳下去,却没有勇气面对挫折,伤心等等?被留下来的人怎么办?被留下来的人是最悲惨,最痛苦的。这个社会生病了,太多负能量了。

我们得要好好关注家暴问题，忧郁症，网络霸凌等等。科技发达，不见得人类的道德，观念在进步。反观，越来越后退。人心，生病了。最大的问题是自己都不知道自己的心生病了，还认为自己没有问题。

如果遭遇解决不了的问题,你可以向朋友倾诉。找不到朋友,不妨找心理辅导。找心理辅导不代表你有问题。很多人都误解了,找心理辅导就是一定有问题的。心理辅导就像聊天,让你了解自己,接纳自己,帮助处理个人的问题。

巴厘岛的第三天

在酒店享用早餐，之后办退房手续。把行李全都放在车上，开始我们的行程。休息了一天，我们可说是精力充沛。司机大哥带我们前往京打玛尼火山（Kintamani）。在路途中，参观 苏卡瓦地艺术市场 （Pusat Seni Sukawati）。这里有好多雕刻、画作、手工艺品，全都在这个中心出售。

苏卡瓦地艺术市场，当地称之为“苏卡瓦第传统市场”，是巴厘岛最著名的也是存在时间最长的艺术市场。来这里的游客会买到许多独特的巴厘岛艺术品，这里有绘画作品、雕刻的木制玩偶、小珍奇物品、手工艺品以及传统手工制品。 苏卡瓦地艺术市场有两层，始建于 80 年代，位于库塔和登巴萨旅游枢纽东北方向约 20 公里远的吉亚尼亚尔地区，在拉亚苏卡瓦地路的主要干道上。

Bali Trip of 3rd Day

Check out hotel after had our breakfast. All our luggage put on the vehicle, then began our journey. After had a rest yesterday, we full of energy. Driver took us to Kintamani. On the half way, we visit Pusat Seni Sukawati. You can found or purchase Balinese art item such as sculpted wooden figures, paintings, handicraft and others.

Sukawati Art Market, referred to locally as 'Pasar Seni Sukawati', is Bali’s most distinguished and long-standing art market. It is where visitors can seek and purchase distinctively Balinese art items such as paintings and sculpted wooden figures, curios, handicrafts and traditional handmade products. The two-storey Sukawati Art Market was established in the 80s and is located on the Jalan Raya Sukawati main road in Gianyar, approximately 20km northeast from the main tourism hubs of Kuta and Denpasar.

之后，司机带我们去品尝独特的咖啡，“猫屎”咖啡。

貓屎咖啡，是由印尼椰子狸（一種麝香貓）的糞便作為原料所生產，故叫“貓屎咖啡”。咖啡豆經過椰子狸食用並在其胃裡完成發酵後，破壞蛋白質，產生短肽和更多的自由氨基酸，咖啡的苦澀味會降低，再排出來的糞便便是主要原料，由於咖啡豆不能被消化，會被排泄出來，經過清洗、烘培後就成了麝香貓咖啡。咖啡評論家克里斯魯賓說，“酒香是如此的豐富與強烈，咖啡又是令人難以置信的濃郁，幾乎像是糖漿一樣。它的厚度和巧克力的口感，並長時間地在舌頭上徘徊，純淨的回味。-From Wikipedia

“猫屎咖啡”不是普通的贵，一小杯都要Rupiah 50,000 。一小包的咖啡粉也要 Rupiah 100,000 以上。我们在那大概了解制作过程，既然来到，当然要好好品尝一下这独特的咖啡。之后，继续我们的行程。

Then, driver brought us to try Special Coffee, civet coffee.

Kopi luwak or civet coffee, refers to the coffee that includes part-digested coffee cherries eaten and defecated by the Asian palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus). Producers of the coffee beans argue that the process may improve coffee through two mechanisms, selection and digestion. Selection occurs if the civets choose to eat cherries. Digestive mechanisms may improve the flavor profile of the coffee beans that have been eaten. The civet eats the cherries for the fleshy pulp, then in the digestive tract, fermentation occurs. The civet's protease enzymes seep into the beans, making shorter peptides and more free amino acids. Passing through a civet's intestines the cherries are then defecated with other fecal matter and collected. - From Wikipedia

差不多12点左右，抵达京打玛尼火山（Kintamani）。京打玛尼火山是巴厘岛上一个著名的景点，也是一个活火山。其实，我们是到达它附近比较高远的山，那儿有许多的餐厅。在那边用餐，可以眺望整座火山，还可以看到巴图尔湖。

午餐是自助式的，一边吃午餐一边欣赏这里的风景，真是一件享受的事！

Around 12pm, we arrived Kintamani Volcano. Kintamani Volcano is the most popular view in Bali, it is a active volcano too. Actually, we were arrived the high mountain that near Kintamani, lot of restaurant located there. We could had our meal there, could full view Kintamani Volcano, also could view lake of Batur.

Lunch was buffet style, had our lunch while enjoy the view and environment. It felt like enjoy life!

午餐后，继续我们的行程，参观圣泉庙（Pura Tirta Empul）。不禁赞叹这里的建筑物！

圣泉庙（Pura Tirta Empul）位于Ubud北边的 Tampak Siring, 寺庙环绕一处圣泉而建故名。 一千多年来,巴厘岛人认为此庙以及此地两处可供沐浴的地方可供求取健康和财富。这里的泉水据称颇具疗效。圣泉庙建筑模宏大、完整，在这里可以看到巴厘岛所有寺庙的特点。

After lunch, continue our schedule, visit Pura Tirta Empul. Felt amazing for the buildings!

Tirta Empul(Indonesian: Pura Tirta Empul) is a Hindu Balinese water temple located near the town of Tampaksiring, Bali, Indonesia. The temple compound consists of a petirtaan or bathing structure, famous for its holy spring water, where Balinese Hindus go to for ritual purification. The temple pond has a spring which gives out fresh water regularly, which Balinese Hindus consider to be holy or amritha. Tirta Empul means Holy Spring in Balinese. - From Wikipedia



之后，我们去看德歌拉朗梯田（Tegalalang Rice Terrace)。感觉不错，你会觉得很轻松当你在那儿。

乌布美丽的德哥拉朗梯田举世闻名，同样享有盛誉的还有它的灌溉系统（巴厘岛人传统的合作灌溉系统）。据史料记载，此方法由公元八世纪时一位广受尊敬的圣人传授而来。德哥拉朗塑造了乌布共享区域内三处最壮丽的梯田景观，其他的梯田景观则分布在 Pejeng 和 Campuhan 村。

Then, we went to Tegalalang Rice Terrace. It's nice, quite relax when you're there.

Tegallalang Rice Terraces in Ubud is famous for its beautiful scenes of rice paddies involving the subak (traditional Balinese cooperative irrigation system), which according to history, was passed down by a revered holy man named Rsi Markandeya in the eighth century. Tegallalang forms the three most splendid terraced landscapes in Ubud's shared region, with the others being in the villages of Pejeng and Campuhan.

我们还在 Batuan Ubud Central Painting 逗留一阵子。Batuan，在巴厘岛是乡村的意思。这里就像是一个艺术中心，拥有许多的画作和画廊。

然后，我们去本地摊子吃晚餐。感觉上，有点像马来西亚的夜市。过后，去酒店办入住手续。我们在 Sun Boutique Hotel 住两个晚上。
其实，回了酒店冲凉后，我们还跑出去附近的小酒吧小喝。我们叫接待处帮我们呼叫得士。回的时候，也是搭德士。上车之前，要先问清楚怎样算。最好选择有计算表，起码他不能开大价，只能根据计算表来算。

We spend a short time in Batuan Ubud Central Painting. Batuan, is a village in Bali. It's like a art centre, many painting and art gallery.
After that, we went to local stall for dinner. For me, feel like a night market in Malaysia. Then, back to hotel for check in. We stay 2 nights in Sun Boutique Hotel.
Actually, we still went out to a bar near by our hotel for some drink, after we had a bath. We asked receptionist to help us call a cab. We by cab back to hotel too. Before took a cab, must ask clearly how he charge? It's better choose got taximeter, at least he could not charge you high fee, only could follow the taximeter.
