Ray's Birthday

Busy final exam recently~

Sorry for late post...
Last Friday, Ray came back from KL.
After he arrived, PeikYi, AH Hoe and me went to KTM station to fetch him.
We took him to Station R for celebrate his birthday.
Actually, we just want fool with him only.
I asked PeikYi bought a cream cake.
Wahaha...I seem like very bad....
After finish birthday song, I cream on his face. XD

But, his shirt very "cham"...haha...


So, this was a rehearse only.

They followed my car back to Ipoh and stay over night in my house on Saturday.
We went to Kbox for sang and celebration again.
LOL...........
But...this time we did not play cream cake ~
Around 1 something, we continue to next round.
We went to Voodoo for dance. ^^

We had BBQ in westlake two days ago (2/9).
Actually, we had a celebration which was Ah Hun Hwa's birthday.

First time had BBQ near by westlake there.

三天两夜禅修营

终于，可以进静下来好好写我的部落格。这几天，一直忙于外出。上个星期，我参与了一个禅修营。由于国庆日，凑成有三天的假期。其实，星期六我得上课。不过，我选择翘课去参与这个营。

星期六早上，我和我朋友搭九点半的巴士。刚巧，我朋友也要在那时去吉隆坡。所以就有一个伴一块儿下去。哈哈……到达那儿，已是十二点多。巴士真慢！开玩笑而已…安全才是最重要。在那儿，令我最受不了的是要带口罩。真辛苦！为了避免自己患上A型流感，只好带上。没有办法的办法。之后，我们在唐人街享用我们的午餐。

这就是我的午餐咯…哈哈…

到达鹤鸣禅寺已是两点了。报到后，我就把自己的身心安顿在那儿。禅修营正式开始。每个人都必须禁语。如果是你，是否会受不了三天两夜都不可以讲话？哈哈…不过，对于我来说是一种修行。这次，传闻法师所带来的是曹溪禅法。曹溪禅是曹溪六祖惠能大师所教导的禅法，然后由祖师将禅法传到韩国，而且不经过一花开五叶的流程。对于我来说，这可是新的学习。

第一次参与如此的禅修营、第一次在营里禁语、第一次小参…种种的第一次。如此佩服自己可以静坐如此长时间。从没想过自己也能够办到。以往，我总是觉得好难，或是觉得自己一定受不了。终于，我办到了。那几天，我的心是一百巴仙投入。抛下所有的事物和烦恼，让自己有个休息和增长自己的学习。那时的感觉是如此轻松，是如此自在的。

静坐让我能够集中自己的注意力，让我没有那么多妄想。看来，我要多做运动。108拜让我知道我缺少运动。哈哈…第一次的小参，还蛮顺利。其实，我并没有想太多。只是抱着平常的心去见传闻法师。

几天的学习，让我获益良多。嘻嘻…大峰禅师将会在十月来鹤鸣阐寺。我已发愿届时一定要出席。其实，有一些分享很难已文字分享。所以…就此告一段落。
