人心生病

上星期三,我们住的那座组屋,竟然有人坠楼。当晚我和老公听到"砰"巨声,还以为是有人往楼下丢东西。没多久,老公出去看,才知道...原来有人坠楼。我的天!到底是跳楼自杀,还是意外,没有人晓得。如果是失足意外,应该会有惨叫声,可是又没有。老公阻止我,不给我看。等我妹妹回来时,在好奇心驱使下,偷偷望下去。只看见,警察封锁现场,还有一个棚帐遮盖尸体。就好像时常在警察戏剧看到的情景,警察封锁现场,在附近采证。救护车其实有来过,不过,那个人应该当场死亡吧!回想起来,好恐怖!到底是意外,还是自杀,迟点自有分晓。

我感觉有点沉重。最近太多这种新闻，像是新闻报导的《甲洞人》版主跳楼自杀的新闻，再来就是槟城拉曼生自杀的新闻。人类到底怎么了?为什么有勇气跳下去,却没有勇气面对挫折,伤心等等?被留下来的人怎么办?被留下来的人是最悲惨,最痛苦的。这个社会生病了,太多负能量了。

我们得要好好关注家暴问题，忧郁症，网络霸凌等等。科技发达，不见得人类的道德，观念在进步。反观，越来越后退。人心，生病了。最大的问题是自己都不知道自己的心生病了，还认为自己没有问题。

如果遭遇解决不了的问题,你可以向朋友倾诉。找不到朋友,不妨找心理辅导。找心理辅导不代表你有问题。很多人都误解了,找心理辅导就是一定有问题的。心理辅导就像聊天,让你了解自己,接纳自己,帮助处理个人的问题。

生命不会有重来,请好好珍惜可贵的生命。珍惜父母和老天赐予的肉身和生命。好好爱护自己的生命。

忙!?

原来有2年没有更新自己的部落格。偶尔在想，是真的很忙吗？

其实，也不是。我只不过是懒惰，工作回来很累，没这样的心情去写。

渐渐也发现到身边有许多朋友也是很久没有更新他们的部落格。

我们真的那么忙吗？

还是只不过逐渐忘了当初分享的初心？

所以…我回来了。

I'm quite sorry for long long time never update my blog.

Busy my family,busy my work,busy bla bla bla...Finally,can space my time for my lovely blog ^^

Anyway, my blog will more on about trip, travel, eat, funny thing and etc. It will more on introduce,sharing and information, it might separate 2 version of CHINESE&ENGLISH.

Bali - Day 1

On Mrach, it was my vacation.

Bali, I was coming XD

We took our plane on 11th March at night.

When we arrieved Bali, it was midnight there.

 Line up for send luggage~~

 4 or 5 bucks =.=

Coffee on the plane~~LOL...

We waited around 1 hour++ in front of immigration counter.

Sigh...Only 3 or 4 staff worked....

I think because of Silence Day, some of staffs did not work, went back to their village. 

 "Nyepi" day called Silence day also. Whole island could not turn on light, tv, radio and etc.

People could not went out, just can stay at home only. For traveller, stay in your hotel only.

What the purpose of this festival?

The main purpose is calm down your mind, has a meditation in house, let your mind and body stay in peace. Also, has a reflection to your fault or action in your daily life.

Actually, We only realize it was Silence day on our 1st day in Bali, after bought our flight ticket.

 

 Finally, we could had a rest.

 Nowadays, people like to face his/her phone more than chat with you.

=.= He was playing game when had breakfast.

 It's a small bar there.

But, it was closed. =(

The next day, we had our breakfast in hotel.

After that, walked around hotel to explore more place.

The most nice one is Roof Top Bar and Jacuzzi.

Hahaha....

Then, we went to pool for swam.

I only could "play" water. =.=

 Hubby taught me how to swim~~

Our lunch and dinner were a buffet.

For me, I feel not very delicious.

Sigh....No choice~~

We could not went out that time!!! T.T

First experience, I felt boring.

Luckily, I watch a nice sunset.

At night, I saw many star surround me.

What a wonderful evening and night!!!!

What a long time didn't update my post here.

Now is 2013 year.

I set up my blog 4 years already.

I still like my background and my blog's template.

That's why I didn't change it.

有时候，缘分就是那么玄的。

从没想过我们会走到这个地步。

On March, went to Purple Cane Tea Restaurant (紫藤茶坊) which located at Ipoh city.

It is a nice place.
